Privacy Notice on the Protection of Personal Data
This notice explains how the personal data you share through the request form and contact channels on this website are processed under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Which data do we process?
- Identity and contact: your full name and phone number.
- Request details: what you want to do (buy, sell, rent, rent out, find out the value), property type, neighbourhood, budget, timing, number of rooms and similar preferences, and any note you add. If you make a request from the rental yield calculator, the price and rent you entered there are added to it; the calculator itself sends nothing.
- Transaction details: the date and time the form was sent and the page it was filled in on.
3. For what purposes?
- To respond to your request and contact you,
- To offer you suitable property options,
- To prepare the free market analysis and value estimate you ask for,
- To meet obligations arising from real estate trade legislation.
4. Legal basis and method of collection
Your data are collected at your request through the form on this site, WhatsApp and phone. They are processed on the legal grounds in Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK (processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).
5. Who are your data shared with?
Your data are not sold or rented to third parties for marketing. They are stored only with the infrastructure providers needed to provide the service: Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and Google, for the spreadsheet where form requests are kept and for email notifications. These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye. The fonts on this page are also loaded from Google Fonts, during which your IP address may be sent to Google. Where your request requires it, your data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with the parties to the transaction and with the office I work at (Rookz Trend Gayrimenkul). Where there is a legal obligation, they may be shared with the competent authorities.
6. How long are they kept?
Your data are kept for at most 2 years after your request is concluded, or for as long as legislation requires where it sets a longer period. When this period ends, they are deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed; to request information if they have been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used for that purpose; to know the third parties they are transferred to; to request correction if they are incomplete or inaccurate; to request their deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties they were transferred to; to object to a result against you that arises from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. Cookies
This site does not use cookies. So that you don't lose your progress if you close the page while filling in the request form, the information you enter is kept only in your own browser (local storage) for up to 7 days and is deleted once your request is sent.
